We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leisure Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest services while managing various leisure activities and facilities. Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure facilities, including pools, gyms, and recreational areas. Provide information about available activities, events, and services to enhance the guest experience. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of all leisure areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Monitor guest behaviour to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of leisure events and activities for guests of all ages. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities in a busy environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience. Ideally Pool responder trained but not essential
