Are you passionate about health, fitness, and providing outstanding customer service? Park Hall Hotel and Spa, part of the prestigious Radisson Individuals brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Leisure Attendant to join our vibrant team.

About the Role

As a Leisure Attendant, you will be at the heart of our leisure facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests and members. You'll support the smooth running of the pool, gym, and leisure areas while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise guests using the leisure facilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times Assist with poolside supervision, gym equipment, and fitness classes as required Carry out regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and equipment setup Support reception duties for leisure members, including guest enquiries and bookings Provide friendly, informed guidance to guests and promote a welcoming atmosphere Work collaboratively with the leisure, spa, and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards

What We're Looking For

Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (desirable) Previous experience in a gym, leisure, or hospitality environment (desirable) A proactive, customer-focused, and approachable attitude Knowledge of health and safety standards, including poolside supervision Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Pay: 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
