We are seeking a friendly and proactive Leisure Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive experience for all guests, supporting the smooth operation of leisure facilities, and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with their enquiries to ensure a positive experience Monitor leisure facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation Enforce facility rules and safety procedures to uphold a secure environment Assist guests with equipment usage and provide guidance on available activities Manage bookings and scheduling of leisure activities and Spa bookings Respond promptly to guest needs or concerns, escalating issues when necessary Support the organisation of programmes or events, ensuring smooth execution Maintain accurate records of attendance and incident reports as required

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, management, or guest services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment Organised with good attention to detail to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all visitors A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently The successful candidate will need to complete a Pool Responder course which the Company will provide, the candidate must be an able swimmer.
