Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about leisure amenities, services, and activities available Assist guests with equipment maintenance, facility bookings, and enquiries to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the leisure club area, including indoor and outdoor pools, gym floor, changing areas, and thermal suite. Monitor guest safety and enforce facility rules to ensure a secure environment for all visitors Support guests in using fitness equipment or participating in exercise, offering guidance when needed Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports as required Promote resort amenities and special events to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction

Skills

Previous gym or hospitality experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests and members feel welcomed and valued Knowledge of operations, fitness facilities, and spa services Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and assist guests efficiently Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
