You will be responsible for the operation of the Aqua Park, to manage the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the site. You will ensure that customer health and safety is the highest priority of all employees. Ensuring that the company culture is maintained, and all employees act as brand ambassadors for the company.
Responsible for the health and safety onsite of our employees and customers, by following our documented procedures (Normal Operating Procedures , NOP's and Emergency Action Plans, EAP's) and safe systems of work. You must act promptly to both control risks and escalate any issues to the Directors.
Working to an agreed budget throughout the season.
You will report daily to the Sites Director, on agreed metrics, to ensure the Site runs efficiently.
Managing proactively by continuously reviewing the booking system, weather and employee rotas to ensure safe optimisation of the park. Liaising with the Marketing and Communications Director, on a weekly basis future bookings and session availability, as required.
Rotas must be published a minimum of 4 weeks in advance, and holiday requests must be dealt with promptly, ensuring that appropriate cover on site can be maintained.
Ideally you will come from a leisure or water sports background, with some background in Lifeguarding, or with a willingness to undertake training.
Hold a valid First Aid at work qualification.
An interest in health & safety.
A methodical approach in terms of producing documentation required for the safe operation of the park.
Experience in sales.
