As our Leisure Manager, you'll oversee a range of exciting activities, from archery and target shooting to nature workshops and outdoor adventures, ensuring guests of all ages have an unforgettable holiday experience.

What will you do?

Lead and manage the activities team, including a team of hot tub team members, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction Develop and implement a diverse range of activities for families and children, including:
- Archery


- Segways


- Arts and crafts


- Target shooting


- Fire bivvy building


- Nature workshops and more


Oversee the maintenance and operation of hot tubs, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for guest use Ensure all activities and hot tub operations are conducted safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with the whole park team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and loves interacting with customers. Previous leadership experience is required and knowledge of leisure activity health and safety plus hot tub legislation would be advantageous. The role will involve periods of standing/physical activity and working unsupervised.



For some parts of this role legislation means being aged 21 or over is required.
