An exciting new opportunity has arisen to manage the operations within our Spa and Leisure club
The club boasts an impressive gym, spa treatment rooms, sauna, steam, pool and spa pool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop within the leisure and spa industry
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the club including health and safety, gym and spa operations. The post includes evenings and weekend on a rota basis working 40 hours per week. A First Aid at Work certificate and Pool Plant Operators qualification are needed although these can be provided if not already held. The successful candidate should have previous knowledge of the leisure industry, preferably a level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities
maintaining high levels of customer service standards
managing maintenance, repairs and cleaning including pool plant and spa facilities
training and supervising staff
carrying out health and safety checks on the equipment and site;
to be the responsible person for ensuring that facilities and services meet health and safety standards set out in the Clubs Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post-holder may be required to undertake additional tasks by the onsite Leisure Club Manager.

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
