Leisure Supervisors

to join our team at the

Blaenavon Active Living Centre

, part of the Blaenavon Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing a vibrant community facility and supporting a wide range of leisure, sporting, and social activities.

What you will be doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Active Living Centre Ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment Supervising and supporting staff, including rota planning and training Managing the Fitness Suite and supporting structured exercise programmes Liaising closely with school staff and community users Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care Supporting events, room setups, and special bookings Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
