About this Opportunity



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lending Associate within the Specialist Commercial Banking Sales Team's Lending Centre of Excellence. The Lending Associate will play a key role in supporting Lloyd's Banking Group in becoming the Best Bank for Customers and Helping Britain Recover. You'll deliver outstanding customer service, which is central to our success so, if you enjoy seeing our customers Business's thrive then there's a role for you here.





What you'll be doing


Support our business customers with unsecured lending applications up to 50,000 and new deposit accounts Deliver an outstanding experience, responding to customer's needs, having quality conversations Demonstrate empathy and expertise to explore their situation and identify the most appropriate solutions for them or additional ways we can help. Remain observant to customer needs and confidently use expertise to identify customers in vulnerable circumstances or those with financial difficulties, proactively offering the most appropriate support. Use your skills and demonstrate flexibility to respond and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers and the Business. Demonstrate your expert knowledge, lending accreditations and understanding of our products/services, discussing them regularly and confidently with our customers and therefore delivering fair outcomes.

What you'll need



Experience of building in the moment relationships in a fast-paced telephony-based customer service environment is crucial. Previous lending experience to business customers. Experience identifying immediate and future customer needs. Able to communicate impactfully at all levels complemented with an eye for detail
