We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring a smooth transaction process. Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare marketing materials, including property listings and promotional content. Manage administrative tasks related to sales and lettings processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout the buying or renting process. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or lettings is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent administrative capabilities, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property industry.
