Lettings Administrator
to join our busy team and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Role Overview
The Lettings Administrator is a key position within our lettings department, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient management of our rental properties. This role involves liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. We may consider Mon - Fri Part Time Hours. Salary pro rata'd.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the lettings database and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Serve as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation including Right to Rent checks and data protection regulations.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the agency to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in a lettings administration or property management role, ideally within Surveying & Property or Estate Agency sectors.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant property legislation and tenancy regulations is highly desirable.
Experience in administrative roles within Admin, Secretarial or PA environments is advantageous.
