Initially joining as a

Lettings Administrator

, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing essential support to our busy Lettings Team, and enhancing overall productivity within the organisation. Over time, for the right candidate, the role will evolve to include greater responsibilities--such as conducting property viewings and providing wider support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth Pre-screen enquiries and schedule viewing appointments Oversee tenant referencing & applications Arrange & prepare check-ins, including drafting Tenancy Agreements, overseeing Deposit Protection, and ensuring all compliance documents are in place Oversee compliance with Anti-Money Laundering & Right to Rent to ensure the company's legislative requirements are met Liaise with Tenants & Landlords to negotiate and facilitate tenancy renewals Liaise with Tenants & Landlords over tenancy-related matters Maintain accurate records and databases Support the team with general office duties and occasional pre & post tenancy property visits Collaborate with our Sales department to facilitate efficient workflow and communication Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked and ordered as necessary Oversee the company's social media posts, demonstrating originality & creative flair

What we are looking for:



Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities A full UK driving licence (or working towards) is desirable for progression into viewings support
