What you'll be doing:
Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance
Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
Managing referencing, deposit handling, and documentation
Supporting tenants and landlords with day-to-day queries
Keeping lettings records accurate and up to date
Assisting negotiators and property managers where needed
What we're looking for:

Previous lettings or property admin experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training given
