We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various channels. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing support to both staff and clients. Previous experience of Alto Software an advantage. Full training will be provided
Duties
Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate schedules, appointments for staff, clients and contractors
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed accurately.
Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
Assist, and ultimately be responsible for, the organisation of contracts, warranties and other property management aspects
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Experience
Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Multilingual abilities would be beneficial but not obligatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
