Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Overview

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain office systems, including filing systems and databases. Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Assist in the organisation of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person Monday and Wednesday 9-3pm, working as a letting agent is a very diverse role. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CAR and willing to attend viewings and inspections.
