Key Responsibilities
Rent management:
Monitoring rent payments, chasing arrears, and updating landlords with progress.
Communication:
Answering calls and emails, dealing confidently with tenant and landlord enquiries.
Administration:
Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance paperwork.
Onboarding:
Assisting with setting up new landlords and tenants, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Marketing:
Preparing new rental listings, uploading property details, and helping promote new instructions.
Lead management:
Handling rental enquiries, booking viewings, and following up with applicants.
Compliance:
Supporting the team with day-to-day compliance tasks (e.g., safety certificates, right-to-rent checks, deposit registration).
Tenancy coordination:
Assisting with move-ins, check-outs, and inventory appointments when required.
General support:
Updating systems, filing documents, and assisting the lettings team with general office duties.
Skills
Proven administrative experience in property management or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client bases.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
