Basic Salary starting from 22,850 (depending on experience)*

Additional Earning Opportunities available*

Full Time Hours - 35hrs per week Or Part Time considered (28hrs per week)*

Full Time Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-130pm (time off in lieu on any week a Saturday is worked) (35hours a week)*

We are looking for a detail-focused and highly organised Lettings Administrator to join our team. This is a pivotal role supporting the property managers within the property maintenance department (Lettings).



Assisting our Property Managers on the day to day maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of properties. Allocating & responding to maintenance requests from tenants across our maintenance platform. Ensuring property file compliance, coordinating and arranging gas safety and EICR checks & EPC renewals. Scheduling & coordinating property visits, sending follow ups to Landlord & Tenants. Communicating with Contractors on works status and assisting the Property Mangers in closing jobs. Answering the phones, taking messages and assisting our clients with queries. General administration within the office. Utilities & Key Management. Efficient management of the Property files & department

Key Skills & Experience



Professionalism, someone eager to go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. A positive 'can do' attitude. Efficiency, with the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and on multiple tasks at one time. Highly organised with skills in diary/schedule management. Strong communication skills & able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Experience working in an office environment or administration is very important. Approachable & helpful. A clean and valid Driver's License is essential. Proficient with Office Software.

Desirable Experience



Experience in property management/lettings is desirable. Experience in any of the following would be advantageous - SME Professional, FixFlo. A good knowledge of Swansea, Mumbles and Gower. A good understanding of property repairs and maintenance would be very useful.
