We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our busy team in Wellington.
The Role
This full time role would suit someone who is keen to learn and enjoys working as part of team within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate well-organised, computer-literate and the enthusiasm to learn.
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be the initial point of contact, meeting and greeting clients within the office as well as on the phone and by email. You will have the opportunity to learn and be involved in the entire day to day letting processes and the administration associated with it. In additional you will be supporting the team ensuring smooth and efficient transactions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.

Be able to work as part of team.
Desire and passion to deliver a highest standards
IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly
A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.
