we are looking for a lettings administer to support our lettings department. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment in the Wigan office.
Duties:
Register potential tenants and arrange viewings
Qualifying and referencing prospective tenants
Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
Management of tenancy renewals
Liaising with the wider team and business
Working our our maintenance system
Booking and sending inspections
Organising keys
ID checks
Booking viewings and checking offer forms
Application progression
Sending checkouts and informing utilities
Sending renewal emails to landlords and tenants
Emails
Answering the phone
Preparing check in packs
Experience:
Prior experience working within the property industry is not needed.
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent standard of communication
Strong administration skills
Hours
Monday to Friday. Either 5 hours each day or 6 hours each day.
