We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Lettings Administrator. This role is central to the smooth running of our lettings department, combining organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role
As Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lettings team and ensuring our processes run efficiently. This is a hands-on role that involves responsibility from the outset and offers scope to develop your skills in property management, client care and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
Coordinating references, compliance checks and property records
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth communication
Managing diaries, organising property visits and supporting the lettings team
Assisting with marketing lettings properties and handling enquiries
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in people. You do not need previous property experience, but you must be professional, adaptable and ready to take initiative.
You should have:
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Clear and thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal
A professional and reliable attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks
A natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
A clean UK driving licence, access to a reliable vehicle and be living in or near to Worcester
