Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented

Tenancy Progressor

to join our lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tenancy progression process from offer acceptance to move-in, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and communication are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities



Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third parties to coordinate the smooth progression of tenancy agreements. Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, guarantor forms, and legal documentation. Conduct compliance checks and ensure all tenants meet the necessary criteria. Collect first month's rent, and security deposits. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements including Right to Rent checks, Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, and EICRs. Organise inventories, check-ins, and move-in appointments. Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records throughout the tenancy process. Provide exceptional customer service to all parties and act as the main point of contact during the pre-tenancy stage. Resolve queries efficiently and professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.

Key Requirements



Previous experience in a lettings or property-related role is desirable. Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and lettings CRM systems (e.g., Reapit, Jupix, or similar). Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications



ARLA Propertymark qualification or willingness to work towards it. Knowledge of the lettings process
