We are seeking a motivated and dynamic lettings Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for property and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As a Lettings Agent, this job will heavily include admin responsibilities. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the renting application and move in process ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. You will also be dealing with phone enquiries and tenant issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
Assist clients with the admin side of moving into rental properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Organising viewing times, sending out applications, reviewing applications, offering out properties, writing up contracts, dealing with tenant issues.
Experience
Previous experience in Lettings or a related field is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and reporting back to your management after each day.
Problem solving skills is essential and knowing how to deal with difficult people.
