We are looking for:

Lettings Agent

We are seeking an energetic Lettings Agent to join our team. As a Lettings Agent, you will play a key role in our department, overseeing the rental process, building relationships with tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings department.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance and repairs for rental properties.

Developing and implementing effective letting strategies.

Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements with potential tenants.

Managing tenant inquiries and concerns, and professionally resolving conflicts.

Ensuring compliance with current rental laws and regulations.

Monitoring rent payments and financial transactions related to rentals.

Collaborating with the sales team to promote available rental properties.

Skills:

Proficiency in both Polish and English.

Competence in repairs and maintenance.

Excellent organizational skills for effectively managing property listings, tenancy agreements, and maintenance schedules.

Knowledge of administration in handling documentation, contracts, and financial records.

Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 per year depending on experience
