What You'll Be Doing:

Manage enquiries and offers across a diverse portfolio: commercial, industrial, land, and residential properties Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers Present and negotiate offers to close deals efficiently and professionally Provide insightful feedback and updates to clients and internal teams Keep property systems and records accurate and up to date Build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, applicants, and investors

What We're Looking For:

We're open to a range of backgrounds, but here's what will make you stand out:

Experience in property lettings or sales (commercial or residential) is ideal -- but not essential if you're highly motivated and eager to learn A sales mindset - driven by results, reward, and success Confident, energetic, and a quick thinker who can adapt and solve problems fast Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills A full UK driving licence (required)
