We're looking for a

Lettings & Sales Negotiator

to join our busy branch office. You'll be the friendly, professional face of our business -- handling negotiations, guiding clients, and making deals happen across our lettings portfolio, with occasional involvement in sales.

What You'll Be Doing:



Acting as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone enquiries - with energy, positivity, and professionalism Managing rental and sales negotiations, applicant registrations, email enquiries, and landlord/vendor communication Coordinating and following up on viewings, handling tenancy applications, and keeping the CRM system updated Supporting marketing campaigns and website management Ensuring legal compliance: Right to Rent checks, gas/electric safety certificates, ID verification, financial sanction checks, etc. Conducting viewings, inspections, valuations, and property take-ons (full training provided) Hosting morning meetings and reporting to the director when required Producing detailed inspection reports and maintaining regular communication with landlords and vendors

What We're Looking For:



A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone and in person Someone who can build rapport quickly and manage client expectations effectively Knowledge of current lettings legislation (or a willingness to learn quickly) Highly organised with great attention to detail A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team Some experience in property is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate A full UK driving licence and use of your own car

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:



Qualifying Applicants:

Ensure all potential tenants and buyers are properly qualified, with a view to securing viewings, valuations, or mortgage referrals

Client Communication:

Maintain consistent contact with landlords and vendors using our follow-up systems

Negotiation:

Handle offers and applications daily, providing feedback and developing tailored strategies to progress deals
