Job Title: Lettings Associate

Salary: 24,000 base (28,000 OTE)

Location: Stockport (Office-Based, SK1)

We work with some of the biggest names in BTR and we're only continuing to grow. Our PropTech-driven marketing and leasing solutions help developers, agents, and operators to fill their developments faster with high-quality tenants - which is where you come in!

As a Lettings Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, matching them with their perfect apartment while showcasing the developments. You'll need to be proactive, a natural conversationalist and a team player who thrives on building connections and getting results. With your initiative, enthusiasm, and eye for opportunities, you'll deliver standout viewings and seamless customer experiences that help us fill developments fast while living the Property Sense values every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person Arrange and conduct property viewings Prepare and post property listings Handle tenancy applications Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Follow up on all enquiries using the CRM system

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or customer service. BTR experience is a bonus. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive team player with a drive to exceed targets Tenacious, charismatic, and resilient and willing to learn IT proficiency - CRM systems (Street), Property portals (Rightmove, OtM), Microsoft Office You must have the right to work in the UK
