Job Description

Reades is a multi-award-winning Estate & Letting Agency with branches in Hawarden, Flintshire and Tarvin, Chester, and we are now looking for a highly capable, motivated individual to join the existing team as Lettings Consultant.

The successful candidate will be:

Overview of duties:

Prepare listings for the lettings market Book viewings with pre-qualified applicants Negotiate lets with suitable prospective tenants Oversee tenancy applications through external referencing Oversee preparation of properties for tenancy start Handle all ongoing tenancy-related matters Arrange periodic inspections Arrange maintenance works to include scheduled testing Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and third party suppliers Keep up to date with current legislation All administrative work associated with the smooth running of the department
Status & Salary:

Full time, permanent 25,000 basic, 26,500 OTE based on achievable targets (UNCAPPED)
Experience working in the property industry preferred, but not essential as full training provided.

Hours:

38.75 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:15 with a 45 minute lunch
