Gowland White are award winning estate agents with offices in Stockton and Yarm. We now have a opportunity for a confident individual to join our upbeat lettings team based at Yarm. Primary Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors Ensure an exceptional experience for both Tenants and Landlords Coordinate repairs for properties, organise property visits and provide feedback Handle rent increases & deposit deductions Register applicants, arrange viewings and provide feedback to Landlords
What We're Looking For:
Confidence in making and explaining decisions in person, by phone, or by email Excellent communication skills and a personable, outgoing nature Attention to detail A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Previous employment in the property industry is not necessary as training will be given.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From 24,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
