Lettings Co-ordinator - Location Real Estate

And now? We're growing. Fast. So we're looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator who's sharp, switched-on, people-first - and already five steps ahead.

The role - your day to day:

You'll be the heartbeat of our lettings department. The one who keeps it moving.

Your day might look like:

Managing viewings, hosting them, and following up with that unmistakable Location finesse Co-ordinating maintenance with speed, clarity and zero faff Being the go-to person for tenants and landlords - and building relationships that actually last. Keeping compliance tight (EPCs, EICRs, gas safety... all the fun stuff). Spotting opportunities. Bringing ideas. Adding value without being asked. Helping us grow the portfolio with service that speaks for itself.

You'll nail this role if:

You've worked in lettings and get the rhythm of it. You're organised to the point people comment on it. You're warm, human and a natural with people. You think quickly, act confidently, and don't need micromanaging. You can handle a fast-paced environment without losing the vibe. You want to be part of something that feelsdifferent.
