Crucible Homes are an Independent none for profit Estate Agency providing services to property sales, lettings and new home developers across Chesterfield, Sheffield, Rotherham and the surrounding area. We are proud to be the only independent agent in South Yorkshire that gives all of their profits to support local community projects.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we currently seek a customer focussed, value driven individual to lead our inner city lettings portfolio services, including overseeing the Dun Works development: a complex of 225 apartments managed on behalf of our parent company.

Based from branch with frequent travel to site you will be the main point of contact for the development assisting clients throughout their rental journey, ensuring exemplary customer service is provided at every stage.

Working Hours for this role will be

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm

2 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm (flexible start)

Salary 19,500 p.a. plus uncapped bonus scheme

Main duties will include:

Contacting clients to discuss property requirements via telephone, email & face to face appointments

Carrying out on site viewings of properties with prospective tenants

Processing tenancy applications in line with company procedure

Completing move in/out appointments

Providing general property management services including inspections, renewals and serving notices.

Generating KPI performance reports in line with company procedures

Experience in this type of role is preferred but not essential as full on going training will be provided but a value driven commitment to providing sterling customer service is.
