We're looking for someone organised, reliable, and ready to learn to join our central lettings team at Foxtons. This is an entry-level role, so you don't need any previous experience in property or administration, just a strong work ethic and a good eye for detail.
You'll be part of the team that helps make sure our lettings processes are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. It's a busy role, so being able to stay focused under pressure and meet daily targets is important.
What you'll be doing:
Keeping lettings records up to date and accurate
Supporting the team with admin tasks like document checks and data entry
Helping with landlord and tenant paperwork
Working through a high volume of tasks each day
Flagging anything that doesn't look right and following up where needed

About You
Our Property Management and Accounts department manages circa 22,000 tenancies so you must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. Because our Lettings and Administration Co-ordinators regularly speak to our landlords we require you to enjoy communicating with a wide range of people, have an excellent telephone manner, and have a professional approach to customer services. You will also have excellent organisational skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to problem solve.
