Lettings Lister

to take the lead on listings in our brilliant

East Sheen

About the Role

As our Lettings Lister, you'll be responsible for securing new landlord instructions, conducting professional market appraisals, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. You'll use your local knowledge of

East Sheen

and your proven sales expertise to grow the lettings portfolio and drive the branch's overall performance.



Delivering exceptional customer service is key, you'll ensure every landlord and tenant receives a professional, positive experience while representing one of the UK's most trusted property brands.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in estate agency or lettings, ideally as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator A strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Resilient, motivated, highly organised, and detail-focused Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, CRM) Full UK driving licence essential
