Southernbrook Chichester are looking to recruit a Lettings Branch Manager to join our letting team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career within the property industry in a fast pace growing business or for someone looking to join a growing, thriving office. The role will be both office based and customer facing, dealing with day to day queries from tenants and landlords, dealing with rent arrears and the running of the office as well as conducting valuations and inspections. Full training will be provided.
Candidates must have the below skills,
Confident telephone manner
Be computer literate
Full UK Driving License & Car
Proactive can-do attitude
Desire to build a long term career
Experience preferred but not essential
Looking for someone to start in February.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
