As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our property rental operations. What you'll do

Oversee the entire lettings process, from property marketing to tenant placement. Manage and mentor a team of lettings agents, providing training and development to enhance their skills. Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements to secure optimal terms for both landlords and tenants. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Develop strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Monitor market trends to provide insights on pricing strategies and property improvements. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the lettings process.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in lettings or property management, showcasing your ability to lead a team effectively.

Preferred qualifications

Strong knowledge of local rental markets and regulations. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Proficiency in property management software and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
