A growing property management company is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Lettings & Viewing Agent to assist with property viewings and tenant placements across Nottingham.

This flexible, field-based role is ideal for someone with lettings, customer service, or sales experience who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and managing their own time.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled property viewings with prospective tenants Gather and record viewing feedback Coordinate appointments with the central bookings team Take basic property photos/videos where required Assist with key handovers and move-ins
Flexible Hours:

4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) Morning: 10:00-12:00 Evening: 5:00-7:00 Occasional Saturdays optional
