The Role
We're looking for an experienced, ambitious Lettings Manager who's ready to take the next step in their property career. You'll be managing a small team (1-2 lettings staff) and working closely with the company directors to drive growth and maintain exceptional service standards.
Your role will include:
Conducting property viewings and overseeing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
Managing and motivating a small lettings team
Maintaining high occupancy levels across the portfolio
Building and nurturing relationships with existing landlords and tenants
Attracting new landlords and bringing properties onto the market
Monitoring performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business targets
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous property experience, ideally in HMO or student lettings in Plymouth
Is target-driven and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is motivated by success and enjoys working towards measurable goals
Brings a positive, proactive, and energetic approach to their work
Has a full UK driving licence and their own transport
