About the Role
As our Lettings Manager, you will take the lead in:
Overseeing the growth and day-to-day performance of our lettings portfolio across our network Driving revenue, improving efficiency, and ensuring targets are met Providing outstanding support and service to both landlords and tenants Ensuring the business remains fully compliant by staying up to date with Rent Smart Wales requirements and all relevant lettings legislation
Who We're Looking For
Prior experience within lettings or property management essential Confident leadership skills and strong commercial awareness A proactive, people-focused approach with excellent communication A full UK driving licence A strong understanding of lettings legislation with a commitment to keeping knowledge current, including Rent Smart Wales etc.
