Position: Lettings Manager

Location: Tendring, Essex

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

As the Lettings Manger at Harris + Wood you will be responsible for:

Building and nurturing client relationships. Growing market share and winning new Lettings instructions. Supporting the Negotiator to find suitable Tenants. Staying updated with changes in Industry Legislation. Being an Ambassador for Harris and Wood Lettings at all times. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
Requirements:

Proven track record in this role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong market knowledge and adaptability to changing market conditions. Client-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday's) and evenings where required. A winning mentality.
