What You'll Be Doing:

Listing and launching

rental properties with flair -- your marketing skills will make them shine.

Winning new instructions

- you'll be out meeting landlords and showing them why Oakfield is the best.

Creating scroll-stopping content

for online listings and social media.

Turning viewings into lets

- helping people find their perfect home.

Keeping clients happy

- building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Being the local expert

- always ahead of market trends and what's hot (or not) in the area.

What You Bring:

Lettings/property experience is a bonus, but we'll take passion and people skills over years on the job. A go-getter attitude and natural confidence. Love for property and genuine interest in helping people. Ultra-organised, detail-obsessed, and ready to hustle. A full UK driving licence and your own wheels -- you'll be out and about a lot!
