We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded

Lettings Manager

to lead the next stage of growth in our business.

As Wirral's fastest growing Estate Agency, over the past

3-4 years

, we've built an exceptional reputation and achieved

massive success in sales

through relentless standards, pace, and performance. Now it's time to replicate that success in lettings.

This is not a cold start. We've already been providing

front-end lettings services for the past 12 months

, with systems and demand in place, but we're now ready to

properly kickstart and scale

our lettings operation with the same aggression and tenacity that has made our sales department thrive.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll take ownership of our lettings operation and drive it forward at speed. You'll shape the department, strengthen processes, build the portfolio, and lead the team as it grows.

You'll have the backing, resources, and autonomy to build a high-performing lettings department within an established, fast-growing agency.

Importantly, once the department reaches the right point in its progression, we plan to acquire an existing lettings agency to accelerate growth.

This means the successful candidate won't just be building a department, you'll have the opportunity to help lead and integrate a major growth step, scaling the operation quickly and significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the lettings operation and drive rapid growth Increase new business and expand the managed portfolio Develop and refine lettings processes, compliance, and best practice Ensure all legislation and compliance standards are met and maintained Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance lettings team Build strong long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors Work closely with senior leadership to deliver clear targets and expansion plans

Support the future acquisition and integration of an existing lettings agency

, helping to scale the operation quickly and successfully

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A proven performer in lettings, ideally with experience

building or growing

a department/office Strong on

compliance, legislation, and operational best practice

Commercially sharp, understands how to win instructions and build a portfolio Confident leading people and driving standards

Ambitious, energetic and hungry,

thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environment The type of person who takes ownership and makes things happen
