Your Potential Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Lettings and Mutual Exchange Administrator who embodies our core values of responsibility, inclusion, and ambition. Join our team on a full-time, permanent basis!

In this crucial role, you\'ll be our Allocations and Lettings team\'s backbone, represent the community gateway philosophy, and constantly uphold our standards of service, all while putting inclusion first, setting high standards, and being accountable to our cherished residents and partners.

What\xe2\x80\x99s on Your Desk:

  • Operational Proficiency: Complete complex administrative chores to ensure efficient day-to-day operations in allocations and lettings.
  • Residents at the Heart: Be a champion of our community empowerment philosophy by putting residents at the centre of everything you do.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for questions coming from both inside and outside of our community while providing in-depth technical guidance on procedures and documentation.
  • Data management: Take care of both digital and physical data, ensuring its confidentiality and accuracy. Utilising programmes like Microsoft Office, create elaborate documents and gather information for reports.
  • Provide Careful Service: Ensure that each Mutual Exchange application is painstakingly processed within allotted time frames. Support the Lettings Teams in achieving their goals as well.
Our Expectations:
  • Must possess a UK driver\'s licence and a vehicle or other means of transportation to get to and from work.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to volunteerism.
  • A focus on finding solutions and the ability to deal with complexity.
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced workplace.

  • \xc2\xa324,023 annual base salary
  • Permanent Full Time
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 4% of the employee\xe2\x80\x99s contribution - Employee 4% + Eastlight 8% = Total 12%)
  • Annual wellbeing grant of \xc2\xa3200 per annum \xe2\x80\x93 Subject to eligibility
  • 30 days (pro rata) annual leave plus bank holidays
