Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to client management.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies, including online platforms and social media. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and relevant legislation affecting real estate transactions. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in an organised manner.

Requirements

A valid real estate licence or equivalent qualification is essential. Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client relationships. Proficient in administrative tasks including documentation preparation and record keeping. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with local property markets is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: 35,183.00-50,000.00 per year
