Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their property journey. From understanding their needs to closing deals, you'll provide expert advice and build lasting relationships. This role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple listings and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Conduct market research to stay informed on pricing trends and local developments. Assist clients in renting properties with professionalism and care. Create compelling property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos. Organise and conduct property viewings and open houses. Negotiate offers and ensure clients' best interests are represented. Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications. Stay up to date with property laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A valid real estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: 35,183.00-41,667.00 per year
