Summary

Due to business growth, we are now looking for a proactive, enthusiastic

Lettings Negotiator

to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator (Mandarin & English Speaker) at AiHomes Limited located in the Manchester. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver outstanding real estate services.

Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Handle tenant enquiries, arrange viewings, and follow up promptly Negotiate lettings offers between landlords and tenants Prepare tenancy agreements and assist with move-in processes Maintain client relationships and build a tenant applicant database Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on day-to-day lettings matters Support the team in achieving monthly lettings targets

Requirements

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and negotiation skills Previous property experience preferred but not essential (training provided) Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Positive, outgoing personality with a professional attitude Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
