We're looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Portsmouth.

What We're Looking For:
The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
Generate and book valuations.
Qualify and service new applicants.
Carry out property viewings.
Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
Administer tenancies (with support).
Provide outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
