The Role


As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords. You'll help match people to the right properties, arrange and carry out viewings, negotiate terms, and make sure every letting runs smoothly from start to finish.


What You'll Do


Register and qualify new tenants and landlords, understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships.


Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently.


Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants to secure agreements that work for both parties.


Progress lets through referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins, keeping all parties informed and supported.


Proactively generate new leads and instructions through networking, local canvassing, and referrals.


Keep up-to-date with the local lettings market and legislation to offer trusted advice.


Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and company standards.


What We're Looking For


? Experience: Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service is a plus -- but if you have the right attitude and ambition, we're ready to train you.
? Communication: Friendly, professional, and confident speaking to people from all walks of life.
? Drive: Motivated by targets and keen to hit (and exceed) goals.
? Organisation: Able to handle multiple lets at different stages and keep things running smoothly.
? Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
