We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, and managing the entire sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local area, a good understanding of the property market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in the property industry.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate sales and lettings agreements between landlords and tenants.
Provide advice to landlords and tenants on the legal aspects of the agreement.
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties involved in the process.
Prepare and present offers to landlords and tenants.
Carry out viewings of properties.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Understand the local housing market and be able to advise clients accordingly.
Applicants must have lettings and management experiences, more than 2 years will be preferred.
