Lettings Negotiator

to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings. Handle administrative duties, including drafting tenancy agreements and related documentation. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in lettings or sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Administrative proficiency in handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records. A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation. A passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Full UK driving license and car (preferred, to conduct viewings). Full-Time working hours: 09:00am to 18:30pm Monday to Friday, and 09:30am - 15:30pm alternating Saturdays.

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
