They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the dynamic team in Wimbledon. This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the property sector or has been working in lettings or sales for 6 months. The company provide over 300 hours of exceptional training and mentoring in the first year which can lead to fast-track progression and growth. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Liaising with applicants and landlords.
- Working in a dynamic team to achieve monthly targets.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Basic salary \xc2\xa320,000.
- 3-month competitive guarantee.
- Year one OTE \xc2\xa350,000 +
