Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and manage documentation related to lettings transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, viewings, and negotiations using organisational systems.
Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating databases, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
Previous experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure smooth transaction processes.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid UK driving licence is essential for attending property viewings across various locations.
A professional demeanour combined with a customer-focused approach is essential for success in this role.
